What are your business hours?
We are open for business Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Singapore Local Time). Closed on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.
 
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
As a wholesaler, we do have minimum order quantity which is subject to different item products. Please call us to find out more.
 
Do you give quantity discounts?
In most cases, , quantity discount pricing only applies to higher tier of quantity purchased for each item in one transaction.
 
Can I have a printed catalog of your items?
Our only catalog is online. Please visit our website www.medtra.com.sg
We will adjust update products on a regular basis, when necessary. Always check out our home page for the products.
Alternatively, you may visit our showroom to view full range of display items during business hours.
 
Is the container/jar/bottle suitable for my product?
It is the client’s sole responsibility to determine the suitability and adequacy of the closure, bottle and accessories due to their particular knowledge of the following issues such as:

What unit of measure do you use for your bottles/jars?
Our bottles and jars are indicated in ML or GM.
 
Do you arrange for overseas delivery? How much is the shipping cost?
We do arrange for overseas delivery with one minimum pallet. All shipping related cost will be fully borne by client.
We also can quote CIF upon request. Payment Term can be arranged by T/T in advance before delivery/ shipping.
 
How long does it take to process my order?
Currently, all ex-stock item is still subject to first come first serve basis and is scheduled to be processed on the same day provided the last order is received by us at 4:00 PM on the same day. (For local orders). For overseas order, it may take up to 5 working days that depending on the stock availability and any issues related to shipment are in good order. We will call or e-mail to you about any back orders or doubts with your order.
 
When will I expect to receive my order?
Under normal situation, delivery will be scheduled within 5 working days from the day the order is received (local orders). For any local free delivery, minimum purchase nett invoice value applies. For overseas order, it is subject to courier company or shipping company next earliest available schedule. We would only be able to provide closest estimated schedule upon receiving your confirmed order.
 
Can I request for earlier receipt of stock?
You can arrange for self-collection upon ordering of products. (For Local order). For overseas order, we can arrange by courier / air freight upon your request. All related cost to shipment will be fully borne by client and payment has to be received by us before shipping out from our warehouse..
 
How do you deliver orders?
We use our own truck for local deliveries. For export palletized/bulk order, in normal cases it would be by sea freight and all shipping related charges are fully borne by client.
 
What do I do if my order is damaged from shipping (local delivery)?
We ensure the goods are in good order conditions before shipping /delivery. Upon delivery to your end, we suggest you check your order or goods immediately. If any defect is found, report to us at once or on the same day. Keep the goods intact as of original for our further investigation. We have very few damages considering the quantities that we deliver.
 
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reason and the interest of our other clients, all the goods sold are non-returnable. Please order carefully. Return/exchange due to manufacturing defects will be entertained provided the report is lodged with us on the same day you receive the order.
 
What payment mode can I use?
We accept CASH, NETS (in our office only) and bank transfer (before collection or delivery of goods (for local delivery).
We accept T/T payment in advance before delivery / shipping ( for overseas shipment).
